Of sleepover's and such.....

We celebrated Samantha's 9th birthday in style...if you call 6 crazy 8-11 yr olds stylish.:)
Her day started out with.....BIRTHDAY PANCAKES!:) A
tradition in our family. Bed head and all.

After doing her hair, we gave her 1 present for her actual birthday.....
Which you can tell by her expression, she loved.
This girl is a shoe person..oh dear.
Later that night, she opened her gifts from us, Nani and Papi, and Barnabas and Marissa.
They included, Girl legos, this shirt, some skinny jeans, another shirt, and some rocking cheetah pants that are
too small.:(
ON Friday  night after her birthday, her 6 little friends came over and
for 2 hours, there was not a quiet place in this house.:) Tyson and the boys even left for a while.:)
Beside all the sugar, the frosting sugar cookies calmed them down for about 1/2 hour anyway..
until the sugar
hit.
Birthday Girl.
Her FAVORITE present ever,ever,ever.
Talia made a hit.

Sam and Natalie have been friends since they were born. In fact, I have a picture
of them lying next to each other on the hospital bed when Natalie was born 6 weeks after Sam.:)

Olivia

New friend, Faith. She is hilarious and super sweet.

Rhea, our used-to-be backdoor neighbor

These two together...a HOOT, I tell you.

Sam and Kate.
The cute little petite 3rd grader.
(no, sam is NOT wearing a veil, it's the curtain)

One sister. :) the other was in bed at this point, since it was 10:30pm:)
Then we spent the next hour doing everyone's make-up.
. My beautiful girl.
The whole crew of make-overs.
She had a blast and this mom isn't doing another sleep over for a while...
or until next month, when it's Cassie's turn.
AHHHHH.:)

So, I did Miss Sammie's 9 yr pictures the other day..even though she isn't 9 til the end of November. I just wanted to get in the Fall colors before they left! She wanted a cowgirl theme..so I found all these pieces at second hand stores for 11 dollars...total. Yes, i rock. Thank you. :)
( the jeans are actually boy skinny jean's that I bought for Mitch and he hated how they felt..but they fit Sam and she loved them..crazy she and Mitch can wear the same size..it's not that he is big, though he is taller, it's that she is so petite.:)

I love this one. She stands on her foot all the time. Classic Sammie pose...and also my sister Crystal used to do this, whom she looks just like!:)

 Love those blue eyes..

I think I need to do this one in color because I love it so. Her hands and her boots turned in and her real smile...FAV.

This one just makes me giggle...it was the pose she wanted to do...hahah.

Since we were at my friends house because I was doing her family pictures, she was able to snap a few of Sam and I. I love them.
I know I don't post on here often anymore, but I know some of you will come and look here and not of FB..so there you are. :) Until next time.....

CATCH UP TIME!!!:)
So, i thought I would give you some summer catch up pictures before I post the boys' party.:)
Here is the SWEET 4th of July shot I got. I LOVE dressing my kids up for the 4th!
Tyson's work gave us FREE tickets to a baseball game...we even had extra to invite some friends:)
I LOVE this! They are predisposition-ed to love Baseball!:)
HEre's a picture of a picture Tysons company did for everyone who went. Turned out awesome!
The couple on the left is who I did engagement pics for while hiding in the bushes..:)
LOTS of sleep overs!
snapped this when I walked into the kitchen and found that Max had put his shoes in his daddy's. blurry, but presh.
We had told the kids we would go visit the putt-putt place before school started..and we did!:) Cassie brought along her friend Sierra. They are GOOFY.
Can't beat em', so join em'.:)
We were able to house 2 OB students for a night while they were in town. The kids LOVED them SO much.
Cassie girl got baptized. She is such a sweet girl. I am loving who she is growing up to be! She loves the Lord and wants to follow his word so badly. I can totally see her as a missionary. LOVE HER.
Tyson got to be the one to baptize her and dad prayed. So special.

I don't get into very many pictures, but here I am!:) Love my girl!
We help mom and Dad pack and load their great big truck..not the best day ever. It's very weird to go to their house and it be empty. It's the only house my kids have ever known..:(
That sucker was FULL. with lots of cards....and furniture.:)
We braved a HUGE sleepover party last weekend.....Aeva had a friend....
Samantha had a friend....
and Cassie had 4. :) The boys' friend couldn't make it that night...but they always have a playmate anyway!:)
This was right before they walked over to the highschool for the 2nd half of the game( free to get in:)..they look WAY to old....sigh,
Well, that's my catch up pictures! Next up: the boys birthday bowling party!!!:)
