good morning

He who dwells in the shelter of the most high, will rest in the shadow of the almighty. I will say of the Lord, you are my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust. Ps. 91:1-2 This was my yummy breakfast this morning, complete with the scripture.:)

2 tsp EVOO: 2 points
red and yellow pepper and mushrooms: FREE
1/2 cup black berries: 1 point
2 cups skim milk: 2 points
coffee: FREE

oh, i didnt. They were running and playing around while i ate. I have been feeding them first and then making my breakfast!:)
