It's 12:45 am.
I can't sleep.
Which isn't good, considering I sing on worship team tomorrow.
I guess caffiene effects you more the older you get.
Or maybe it's because I went shopping for things for the kids in the car on our 5000 mile road trip in less than 2 weeks, so now my brain is going a mile a minute thinking about all that I need to get done before hand.
Hello TO-DO lists.
I started reading a book called " Love and War" By John and Stasi Elderidge.
Awesome book.
It amazes me that I start reading a book about marital strongholds and we start getting into little tiffs about nothing.
Coincidence? I think not.
Lord, help me to stop and pray BEFORE I speak.

I told the kids we were not getting into the pool until their rooms were picked up. They decided to all help in both rooms so it would go faster.:)
They started playing musical clean-up.
A game Charrie and I invented when we were little.
One person takes a turn standing by the radio, while the others dance around the pile of things that need put away. When the music stops, everyone picks up 3 things and puts them away.
Repeat until room is clean.

It made me smile.









We got to drive about 30 minutes to see Bekah and her OB ( Operation Barnabas)team this week! They were awesome, as always. Aeva was cracking me up. Anytime Bekah wasn't involved in a skit and was sitting down, Aeva would take off before we could catch her to sit on her lap!:)


There is something very pioneer-ish about hanging your clothes on a line..I love it.
And hopefully our electric bill loves it too.:)
