Birthdays and such...

Little Miss Aeva tried to put her coat on all by herself...at least she got her arms in the right hole?! SO cute!

We got to get together with old friends last weekend and Max LOVED the jeep they had in their basement..here he is driving miss Kendall. hmmm. Could she be the Future Mrs. Maxwell Ashenfelter?

Sammie got to go to her friend Natalie's 5th birthday party...they have been friends since birth~

We celebrated Cassie's 3rd spiritual birthday today. I made cupcakes and we sang happy birthday...then we all sat around and watched the video of me interviewing her 3 years ago the day after she asked Jesus into her heart....along with LOTS of other old video.(like Sam's 1st birthday,the boys' birth, ect...) It made me a little teary...where have the years gone??? It also made me realize how little time I actually DO have to make a lasting impression on my children.

Am I making the most of EVERY opportunity to tell my kids about the love of Jesus? AM I demonstrating his love to them? Am I taking the time to just BE with them, rather than worry about what isnt clean in my house??? Sadly, if I am completely honest, I fall short in almost every area. This year, I am going to do my best to keep life in the perspective that I have right now...MAKE EVERY MOMENT COUNT....FOR ETERNITY.

AND...last but not least..My Daddy. It was his Birth-birthday on Tuesday...59!
