We got our first snow today. Not a ton, but beautiful.

The kids were at church from 9-3 for free babysitting day done by our Youth Group.

We got to go out for breakfast with friends. It was nice to have conversations without hearing. "MOM!" "MOM!" "MOM!":)

We went to Lowes ( i know, great date place.:) and came home and spent the rest of the time cleaning. Tyson in the garage and I in the house. We got so much accomplished in such a short time...it was almost laughable.

Once we picked up the kids we headed out to a new tree farm I had just heard about today..

It was such a cute little place, and about half the price of the one we normally go to.

The snow made it pretty much perfect and the kids had a BLAST.

She made her's a snow cone. and looked entirely to old the whole time....sigh.
Max got to carry around the saw, which made him feel so manly, he actually smiled a REAL smile!:)
My little tree hugger. mitchell's face has changed in the last few weeks..He looks much like the Boyd family to me..and is quite the goof lately.

So, the story:

We were sitting at the dinner table and the kids were playing, "Who are you going to marry?"

When it got to Mitchell's turn, he says, very dejectedly, " Katrina already has a boyfriend.."

To which I reply," No, she doesn't , you silly."

So Cassie shouts, " Who's going to marry Katrina?"

To which Mitchell's stands in his chair, raises his hand, and says very forcefully,

"If I had 31 hands, I'd raise em' ALL."
