Our Christmas festivities started with our Christmas Eve tradition of playdoh. I bought the 24 pack, and man were the kids loving it.( and us too.) We made fun crations for a few hours..

Followed by opening 1 gift each. This year, we got a box from Tyson's grandparents. So we opened that..

They made all the kids personalized pillows, which they all loved.:) and some Organic vitamin C suckers, PERFECT for the cold season!

We also got a new Christmas movie, so we watched that. The kids were in bed by 10, and didnt get up til 815....i love that my kids dont have to get up at 5am to get their presents...makes us HAPPY.:) They opened their "gold" gift last on Christmas morning, it was so fun to watch their faces.:) Casssie got a horse for her american girl doll( she will get in chicago next week), Sam got ZhuZhu pet things, the boys got monster trucks, and aeva got a crawly dolly. They were all happy as can be!

then we headed over to mom and dads for lunch and gifts. We got to Skype with Tyler and Connie while we opened gifts, and watch cute little Emma smile. She is so adorable.

We went to church Sunday morning( with only Charrie, the rest slept...goons.)

Also fit in our traditional coffee trip...cassie looking so very grown up.:(

Aunt Steph came up with a great idea to get a journal and write dwon something every time we go to coffee...so fun to share what God is doing.

To quickly, the time was over....sigh. I love my family and really missed everyone who couldnt be here..but it was so nice to be able to Skype and at least "see" them all.:)

Now, BRING ON THE NEW YEAR!
