Wow. So much for catching up last week.:) So, here's a month worth of pictures, all in order and everything. Tyson and I went out for dinner for our anniversary(5th of January). He took me to FortWayne and we ate out with a gift card from Christmas( thanks Mom and Dad!:)Before we left, he surprised me with this beautiful yellow rose. He IS my best friend.:)
It was snowy that day, but that didn't make us stay home. After dinner,he took me to a comedy club. I have never been to one before, and I will probably never go again, but it was a fun experiance.:) The comedians were funny, but i don't understand why they think they have to say so many swear words, it really doesn't make them any funnier. But, we laughed a bit and drank a bit and came home feeling very content.:)

The next week we got a bit more snow. Every Tuesday, a friend of mine(who happens to be the mom of the boys BFF, Dallas) keeps the kids so we can clean faster at the church and they dont have to be there so much. So, this tuesday, she asked if I could bring their snow gear, so they could play! The kids were SO excited!

Here they are with Dallas, all ready to play and be freezing. Dallas' older sis, Kendra wasn't home from school yet. They had a blast, of course and even got hot Cocoa out of the deal.

The next week, Tyson built Aeva a trundle bed in the girls room. Up til now, she has been using the top bunk in the boys room, since they wouldn't sleep seperate anyway. However, The boys are just getting too long to share a twin, kicking eachother and waking eachother up at night. It was time for her to have her own bed, so they could have theirs.

SHE LOVES IT. It isn't completely done yet. We need to find some foam to lay inside( she currently has a nice stack of blankets beneath her. But, on the plus side, I decided to try and use this as a potty motivater. I told her if she can have no accidents during the day for 2 week STRAIGHT, she could pick out her own new bed spread. She has done SOOOO much better. She got through 5 days and had an accident. Holding to my owrd, I told her she had to start the 2 weeks over again, and yet again, on her 5th day, she wet her pants. BUT, only 2 accidents in 2 weeks! I consider this a small victory!!! I still made her start over again, but I am confident she is FINALLY going to do it this time! She hasn't pooped her pants in quite some time and for that I am SO THANKFUL. Ick.:) Consiquently, she has been behaving MUCH better and is getting FAR less time outs since starting the potty training again. YAY for that! Thank you Jesus!

On the kids day off from school, we took them over to sled down a big hill at Grace college. We had a blast sledding for about 2 hours, till our noses and toes-es were ICE.:) Somehow I didn't get a shot of Max. aybe because that little dare devil, thrill chasing boy was up and back down before I could blink.:) He's going to be the first of my children to break a bone, i just know it.

Uncle John came out for about a week. It was so fun to hang out with him some. He is one sweet guy. My kids love him to pieces, and it is fun to watch he and dad interact.
Thursday night, we took the kids to the old folks home here in town where they have blue grass night. They loved it! Uncle John even sang a song to his old music prof who was there to do the 5 minute Joke interlude.( hilarious.)

They started playing some upbeat songs and Cassie started moving around in her chair. Girl CANNOT sit still when there is music to dance to. She talked Samantha into dancing with ehr and Aeva and Uncle John soon joined in. The older couple sitting beside them watching just loved it!:)

Friday night, we took the kids to our local highschool to watch a kid from our youth group play. My kids are HUGE tiger fans, it's funny. On the way to the gym, they all were puting their hands into a hudle and chanting, " GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO TIGERS!
Before the game, I was watching Allie( who was dressed in orange to go to the game too) and they were being so cute, and matched, so I snapped a few pics. ADORABLE kids. I think my sons are going to fight over who will date this cutie.:)

All ready for the game...even Mitchell with his game face crazy eyes.:)That boy needs a hair cut....bad. hehe.

Here are my boys, getting taller and looking older every minute it seems....kindergarten registration is in the next few months...AHHHHHH! Where did the time go?????

Thank you for the update, it is much appreciated by your non-facebook fan :) I love how romantic and thoughtful Tyson is for you...he inspired an impromptu candle light dinner I did for Tyler last Monday night before he left. No photos though, I was being in the present and just enjoying my time with hubby. Yay to him for building the bed! I guess now that he and matt have gotten their hammer and nails out, it's time for Tyler to be creative;) He does have a project he's got in mind...ANYWAY...keep the pics of you AND the kids coming! Love them!

awww I cant wait to see you all in person soon!!! Tyson is so sweet. I love the yellow rose ;) The lady who did my wedding bouquets said that every time she does a dozen or 1/2 dozen of red roses for a guy to give to his girl, she adds a yellow to the middle of the bouquet and tells him to tell her that he loves her, and adores her and that she will always be his best friend ;) soooooo sweet. Your kids are adorable. Yeahhhh for Aeva! Go girl. <3 you. CAnt wait to spend time with you again. Its always refreshing and so much fun!!!! love you.
